White Pearl Villa

White Pearl Villa is a very private, gated jewel set in the hillside above the Bay of Navarino, just a short drive away from 4 competition-level golf courses and the cosmopolitan Gialova area.

An open-spaced villa furnished in an eclectic minimalistic style with luxurious Italian furniture, it will satisfy the needs of the most discerning guests.

It is set on 3 levels with the middle level being the point of entrance. This houses one large open space containing
the ample and well-equipped kitchen with a view over the Bay, the dining area seating 10 persons and the comfortable  sitting area. There is also a bathroom just left of the entrance.

The upper floor houses the 3 of the 4 bedrooms. One primary bedroom with large bathroom, an extra-large walk-in closet and amazing views over Navarino Bay and the quaint port of Pylos. The luxurious bed is 2×2 m and because of the glass balcony railings, the views from the bed are uninterrupted. Perfect for breakfast in bed on a lazy morning!

The two other large bedrooms (one with a sea view and the other with a garden view) both share a large bathroom. Again the beds are 2x2m and can also be separated into 2 single beds.

Going down through the living area to the lower level, one will find the fourth bedroom with its own bathroom en-suite. This bedroom has direct access to the garden and pool area. There is ample cupboard space throughout and extra storage areas adjacent to the garage. The lower level also houses the laundry room and a 2 car garage.

Outside, there is a covered BBQ area just by the large infinity swimming pool. Spacious verandas around the house are perfect for sunbathing, reading or entertaining with the unparalleled vistas as a breath-taking backdrop.
