Villa Rosa is a brand-new four-bedroom / 4,5 bathroom luxury villa set on the hillside above cosmopolitan Gialova. Set on two floors this villa offers partial sea-views from the ground floor but sweeping vistas of Navarino Bay, the Gialova Lagoon, Pylos and the rolling hills to the west!

The ground floor houses the spacious living room ,the dining area with its large round dining table and the fully-equipped kitchen with an enormous island! All areas flow out to the covered terrace with dining and lounging options and the swimming pool with optional heating for the cooler months. There is also one bedroom on the ground floor, with access to the grassy garden.

Going upstairs, one can find the three other bedrooms. The main one also has a large private veranda with sweeping sea-views and comfortable furniture for cozy private breakfasts or romantic evenings watching the sunset!

All bedrooms have their own bathroom and there is an extra guest toilet as well.
